Our accommodation is totally non-smoking, although we do have a smokers' bench outside.

Sorry, we do not accommodate hen/stag types or pets.

For short notice bookings (within the week), just ring us to see if we have vacancies, & pay cash on arrival.

Or to secure a room just requires a non-refundable deposit by Cheque or Postal Order, made payable to John Matthews, with your name & booking nights on the back please.

This will be deducted from your total price on arrival.

Please contact us first to see if the dates are available.

Rooms must be fully paid-for when arriving, by cash (total cost minus any deposit we have received).

Check-in is from 12 noon, but if you arrive earlier that day we can store your luggage until your room is ready.

Also rooms should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, to give us time to prepare the room for the next guests. However we can store your luggage on that day also, until you leave Bridlington.
